To First click the kiosk,then read TOS(term of Service) Click okay, If kiosk times out re-click kiosk  

to continue press Continue on menu then proceed to next step.

Secondly choose between Shout and ice cast type of stream.

Third choose between AutoDj or No Auto Dj.

Fouth choose between hour, day, week, month(AutoDj is only per month)

Fifth place your Email address and submit and then repeat email.

Sixth make sure all information is correct and Push okay.

Right Click And pay the kiosk, You should recieve and Email shortly after.
